Wow, that artwork is amazing. Hopefully they aren't serious about these being scary films, though, because a few of them are just so bad they're funny, but not scary in any sense.

actually i've seen Hellraiser out of all those and i just consider it to be a classical horror movie, although i'm not really into those, as i've seen a few in my early years without the permission of my folks and they scared the **** out of me Royal Flush 494176 i remember every little detail, those movies were black and white and made it so much easier for a kid to let their imagination loose and think there actually are skeletons in the closet. fortunately, i'm over that now, in my 20s, but i wouldn't recommend too many horror movies too often to anyone, especially old ones Royal Flush 483844

I agree that Hellraiser was a good movie, but this wasn't my favorite out of all of them. It doesn't hurt that I'm a huge Clive Barker fan, whose works the Hellraiser films are based off of. But when I think of classic horror films, I think of the old black & white Bela Lugosi Dracula films, old Hammer Film films, and even more recently Halloween, the original.

I love horror films, and even took a class on them in college, which was perfect for me. Getting college credit to sit and watch movies twice a week-- doesn't get much better for me, so I guess that's why I thought this list was lacking a bit in terms of classic, scary movies and was more slightly cheesy. YMMV since I also thought The Blair Witch Project was funny while it gave my best friend nightmares for weeks.

I've seen Hellraiser, first time.. seemed to be wow.. kind of scary, but what the hell now seemed to be funny... at least for me. I am not into movies at all, but this kind of movies like the clasical horror movie makes me laugh...
anyway.. I love the artwork that's shown here - pretty amazing Royal Flush 34770

It was the best class I've ever taken, besides all the lit classes. Even my brother was jealous. He said he wished they would've had something like that when he was in school.

wow , nice , i like how you do school there in Us
school can be very enjoyable thing when you learn while doing what you like , it is the best way to assimilate knowledge , i hope they will change that here too

about the movies scarry it's okay , but i don't really stand horror movies , i like mistery and fantasic movies , but not horror , i mean not too much blood on the walls Very Happy
Blair Witch was a very good i've seen it and loved it
One movie Ville was talking about and he liked it , a movie that i adore is Pan's Labyrinth , beautiful movie , my kind of movie ..while i don't very much love the reality of today ,i like to watch a lot of fantasy ,and escapist movies

I agree, Pan's Labyrinth was a beautiful movie. Fantasy/escapist movies are always nice to get away from the real world for an hour or two.

i loved that movie. sadly, the ending wasn't what i would've expected, but that's what makes a movie a good one, the fact that it's unpredictable.
